age-appropriate educational programs for children, youth, and adults (including school programming)
Living Beyond Suicide Loss, a support group for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide
short-term counselling services and grief support
Grief Recovery Method ® - program that supports individuals who wish to complete any loss keeping them from moving forward in life
information, referrals, and online resources to those in need, including general, community, and downloadable resources related to suicide awareness and prevention
customized suicide awareness presentations geared toward professionals, adult groups, employment training, and community agencies
online educational courses related to mental health and sucide prevention
