Service offers:

• information and education on topics related to suicide

Includes:

• age - appropriate educational programs for children, youth, and adults
• Living Beyond Suicide Loss, a support group for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide
• short - term counselling services and grief support
• information, referrals, and online resources to those in need, including general, community, and downloadable resources related to suicide awareness and prevention
• customized suicide awareness presentations geared toward professionals, adult groups, employment training, and community agencies 
• Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), a workshop for individuals who may work with individuals at risk of suicide, including mental health workers, students, teachers, and anyone wishing to learn more about suicide prevention 

• registration or appointment required for counselling, support groups, education sessions, and workshops
