- Provides a partnership program for children, youth and families who are coping and living with the effects of prenatal exposure to alcohol.
Service offers:
- mentoring, advocacy, partnership and support to children and youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) as well as to their families and support systems
- advocacy on behalf of families regarding FASD related issues and needs
- consultation and education to service providers in the community dealing with individuals affected by FASD
- crisis intervention
- strategies for daily living, life skills, parenting and other supports for families dealing with FASD challenges
