- Service Access: Professional Referral Required, Referrals are sent directly to the physicians offices. It is recommended to include a past medical history, current medication list and any tests that are not included on netcare.
Clinic occurs once month on a Friday from 12:30-PM - 3:30 PM. Schedule is based upon Physician's availability.
