- developing community and social initiatives to enhance capacity, while advocating for the needs of families
- offering workshops for families to strengthen personal life skills and parenting techniques
- providing referrals to other community agencies that support individuals and families in Leduc and surrounding areas
- facilitating development of youth leadership
