Provides a variety of services and programs for older adults.

Service offers:

  • services and programs for older adults

Includes:

  • wellness workshops covering topics such as fraud, healthy living, and grief
  • transportation services offering specific bus, taxi, and volunteer driving services
  • referrals to Meals on Wheels
  • access to volunteers to help shovel driveways
  • volunteer tax income program for seniors with low income
  • access to swim passes and recreation equipment for seniors with low income
  • liaison assistance to access affordable seniors' housing in Mount Edith House or Cascade House
  • assistance with forms and applications
  • newsletter
  • seniors socialization and outdoor fitness through the Mountain Adventure Program
