wellness workshops covering topics such as fraud, healthy living, and grief
transportation services offering specific bus, taxi, and volunteer driving services
referrals to Meals on Wheels
access to volunteers to help shovel driveways
volunteer tax income program for seniors with low income
access to swim passes and recreation equipment for seniors with low income
liaison assistance to access affordable seniors' housing in Mount Edith House or Cascade House
assistance with forms and applications
newsletter
seniors socialization and outdoor fitness through the Mountain Adventure Program
