- breakfast, bagged lunch, and supper
- access to identification, clothing, personal hygiene products, and showers
- transportation to and from the Downtown Support Centre
- support to vulnerable groups in times of extreme heat or cold and other severe weather conditions
- facillity has capacity limitations and following COVID-19 masking and prevention protocals as required by Alberta Health Services
