Provides assistance for separating couples and their children with dispute resolution during a divorce or separation process.

Service offers:

  • an arbitrator with suitable training, skills, and experience which can result in lower costs, more timely resolution, and greater satisfaction with the process
  • an approach which may be more appropriate when separated parents do not agree on  issues related to the children, decisions needing to be made and when the court process is not very suitable
