Description
Provides independent living skills support to adult survivors of brain injury / trauma.

Service offers support in:

  • organizational and daily living skills
  • adaptive and memory strategies
  • vocational and budgeting skills
  • maintaining health and wellness
  • community involvement

Service offers a maximum of 10 hours of support per week (including travel and administration time).


Affiliation: Alberta Brain Injury Network, Southern Alberta Brain Injury Society (SABIS)

  • with an acquired brain injury
  • living in an independent environment

  • contact the Supports for Community Living Coordinator to register
  • contact the Southern Alberta Brain Injury Society (SABIS) for referral requests
