Description
Provide assistance to First Nations, Métis, and Inuit (FNMI) students, prospective students, and alumni in achieving their career and personal goals.

Servie provides:

  • support to assist Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) students in their journey of pursuing a post-secondary education
  • assistance in accessing available support on campus as well as in connecting students to related community supports
  • an opportunity to benefit from the support, traditional knowledge, and guidance of the Elders
  • virtual fireside chats during COVID-19

Services include:

  • information on programs, admissions, registration, and study skills
  • assistance with Indigenous funding, awards, and scholarships
  • personal, cultural, academic, and career advising
  • social, educational, cultural, and sporting events
Key Provider: Elders, Grandparents, spiritual advisors
