Housing Facilities

Service provides:

• various housing facilities to help diversify housing in Lethbridge

Castle Apartments provide:

• a 79-unit complex offering safe, affordable living in the downtown core
• residential support to tenants
• a Concierge Supported Living program within the facility

Laura House Group Home provides:

• a community based residential program that provides alternative housing for persons with mental illness
• transitional housing and respite care that focuses on enabling individuals to live in the community independently and incorporates skill development including symptom management, medication management, personal budgeting, personal presentation, communication, and health education

Scenic Drive Apartments provides:

• 3 community mental health crisis beds
• supported apartment living

• 18 to 64 years
• with a primary diagnosis of severe or persistent mental illness
• who are experiencing social and / or emotional problems

There may be a waiting period depending upon availability.

There may be fees depending on housing arrangement.

Subsidies may be available.
