- phase 1: physical, social, psychological and spiritual assessment with individual treatment planning (2 weeks)
- phase 2: one to one counselling, group therapy, classes (4 weeks)
- phase 3: counselling on relapse prevention, exit planning, life skills training, community re-integration, and implementation of follow-up support system (6 weeks)
- phase 4: transition and continuation of counselling (up to 9 months)
