- Description
- Provides a safe and supportive transitional housing program for expectant mothers ages 12 and older who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness in Calgary and area.
Service offers:
- housing and support services for pregnant women until baby reaches early toddlerhood
- ages and stages child development assessments and support
- parenting classes
- financial literacy and money management courses
- increased healthy social supports through mentorship
- resume / cover letter building
- access to education and community resources
- peer support and volunteer opportunities
- special outings and group activities
