Provides parenting courses on topics relevant to the personal growth of parents and the different ages and stages of childhood.

Service offers:

  • Baby's First Year: 6 week class discussing family and postpartum adjustments, and useful information about the first year
  • Parent Education: 12 week course to help parents learn about the emotional, mental and relational needs of their child
  • Fatherhood Program: 5 week course providing practical parenting tools to men
  • Dad Lab: online, confidential discussion groups to support fathers as as they navigate their role as dad
  • Mom Life: confidential, online discussion groups to support women in their role as mom
  • Financial Literacy: 4 module course that discusses personal finances
  • LENA Start: 10 week early literacy program for children ages 0 to 3 years
  • Parenting Together in Canada: a discussion-based program for immigrant parents and caregivers to talk about the challenges and triumphs of raising a family in Canada. Mothering Together in Canada and Fathering Together in Canada programs also available
