Description
Provides outpatient assessment and treatment for issues such as musculoskeletal problems, post surgical or post fracture. Virtual physical therapy program available for clients diagnosed with osteoporosis.

Service includes:

  • assessment of musculoskeletal conditions, for sprains, strains, post fracture, orthopedic surgery and hip / knee arthroplasty
  • treatments to decrease pain (ultrasound, heat, ice, etc.)
  • education on conditions, neck and back care, posture and biomechanics for daily activities
  • soft tissue massage and stretching for flexibility and movement
  • strengthening exercises
  • IMS (intramuscular stimulation)
  • education, home exercises for self-management of condition
  • instruction for using walking aids correctly
  • treatment in conjunction with Occupational therapy available
  • osteoporosis - virtual education and exercise program covering information on osteoporosis, posture tips, safe exercises for flexibility and strengthening, fall prevention (for more information, visit the website)
