- clients will have access to computers, clothing, laundry facilities, phones, linens, and towels

basic needs, such as meals, toiletries, hygiene items, diapers, infant formula, pyjamas, and quilts, will be provided free of charge

trauma-informed programming, safety planning, music therapy, yoga therapy, meditation, and gardening

- parents and caregivers with their children who have experienced abuse
- individuals fleeing abuse, regardless of gender identity or expression, including those who identify as female, queer, gender fluid, non-binary, or male

- call the 24-hour Crisis Support Line to assess immediate needs and to determine appropriate support
- clients will either be provided with transportation to the shelter or connected with alternative support services in their area
