Description
Offers outreach programs for those involved in domestic violence or family abuse.

Service offers:

  • risk assessment, safety planning, community resourcing, and supportive counselling to individuals residing in the community
  • support for people who may be in a relationship, preparing to leave, returning home, building a new life, or struggling to find helpful and accessible resources to support a safe and healthy life

Includes:

  • individual and group supportive counselling
  • peer support groups
  • information¬†and support
  • referrals and advocacy
  • risk assesment
  • resources
  • court support services¬†

Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals involved in domestic violence or family abuse
Application Process
Service Access: Registration Required, To access service:
  • call to schedule an appointment
  • contact for dates and times of groups
  • appointments available at optional locations including satellite offices in Drumheller or Three Hills
  • or over the phone depending on circumstances
Encouraging clients to try phone sessions, face time, or other platforms for appointments until further notice. Calgary clients may be transferred to an agency more convenient to their location in Calgary. Community groups Beyond the Plate and Finding Our Voices are postponed until further notice. Referral Process: No
