Services may include:
- on site care services by HCA, LPN and RN/RPN 24/7
- rehabilitation to support healthy aging

- nutritious meals and snacks (changes for special needs can be made)
- weekly room cleaning
- care management followed by physician &/or nurse practitioner.
- some sites have the ability to have secure households
