211 Alberta – Edmonton and Area is operated by the Canadian Mental Health Association – Edmonton Region. 211 Edmonton responds to contacts from the northern regions of Alberta.
Distress Centre Calgary
Distress Centre Calgary provides 24-hour crisis support, as well as daily online chat support, professional counselling and referrals to residents of Calgary and Area. 211 Alberta – Calgary and Area is operated by Distress Centre. 211 Calgary responds to contacts from the central and southern regions of Alberta. 211 Calgary’s Community Resource Database team plays a large role in the maintenance of the InformAlberta database.
